LEGALWORKS is the successor of the structure previously known as Rui Gomes da Silva & Associados, a legal firm established in 1998 and registered at the Bar Association under the n.º 1/99. LEGALWORKS draws on the professional experience of 30 years of practice of its senior partner Rui Gomes da Silva, as well as the law practice, both at a domestic and international level, of Andrea Campos, also a capital partner of LEGALWORKS (Gomes da Silva & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados).

Developing its services in several practice areas, both in Public and Private Law, including Litigation and Corporate Law, a particular note must be made to the firm’s specialization on Administrative Litigation, Energy Sector reference projects, large Media and Show Business events, as well as in Project Finance and Capital Markets.

LEGALWORKS has offices in Lisbon and Porto, and has the objective of maintaining existing privileged foreign partnerships so as to accompany the increasing success and growth of its Clients abroad.
