Legalworks – Gomes da Silva & Associados provided legal advice, in a team led by Miguel Medina Silva, to Alstom in the context of the public tender and the signing of the contract for the acquisition of 117 new trains by CP – Comboios de Portugal. This transaction, valued at €746 million, represents the largest rolling stock purchase in the history of the Portuguese railway operator.
