Luís holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and has postgraduate qualifications in Civil Liability Law; Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring Law; Corporate Governance; and Digital Services, all from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
Completed a Master's degree in Business Law at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University – Lisbon School, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Legal and Business Sciences at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
