Lawyer with dual nationality - Portuguese and German - he has 25 years of experience in the area of Commercial Law, International Relations.
Specialising in bilateral Commercial and Private Law relations between Portugal and German-speaking Countries and between the European Union and Mercosur, with legal advice provided in Portuguese, German, English and Spanish.
Municipal deputy of the Matosinhos City Council and Commissioner of the Planning and Urbanism Monitoring Commission between 2017 and 2021.
Degree in Law from Universidade Portucalense (1991).
