Patrícia Gilvaz
Patrícia Gilvaz joined Legalworks in 2025, where she practises as a lawyer in the Commercial and Corporate, Litigation and Arbitration, Trademarks and Patents, and Media and Entertainment departments.
Patrícia holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics, a qualification that complements her legal practice with strategic and business-oriented insight at the service of corporate clients.
Before joining Legalworks, Patrícia served as a Member of the Portuguese Parliament (2022–2025), where she worked across several committees and working groups.
Patrícia has a particular interest in Digital Law and Data Protection, as well as in the increasingly essential intersection between Law, Technology and Management for the sustainable growth of organisations.
